These 7 days include tours of Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Maras Moray and Machu Picchu. These are by far our most popular tours put together for simplicity, time contraints and your comfort. We find that when passengers arrive in Cusco some feel relief by spending the next day at a lower altitude such as the Sacred Valley or Machu Picchu.
This trip involves travel by plane, tour bus and train and 2 to 3 star hotels. Some light walking is required at the ruins.

Day 1 Arrival in Lima
We will be waiting at the airport holding a sign with your name on it. From there we will transfer to your hotel in Lima.

Day 2 Flight Lima to Cusco - City Tour
Pickup at your hotel early morning and transfer back to Lima's airport. Flight to Cusco and transfer to your hotel in Cusco. City Tour of Cusco in the Afternoon. Guided tour of Qoricancha, Q'enqo, Sacsayhuaman, Tambomachay and Puka Pukara. Your tourist entrance ticket (BTG) is included. Stay the night in Cusco.

Day 3 Sacred Valley - Night in Cusco
Guided tour of Pisaq and Pisaq's market followed by lunch in Urubamba then guided tours of Ollantaytambo and Chinchero. Night in Cusco.

Day 4 Maras and Moray - Free Time in Cusco
Today you'll visit the salt mines of Maras and Inca ruins of Moray followed by free time in Cusco.

Day 5 Cusco - Train to Aguas Calientes
This morning we will head off towards Machu Picchu first to Ollantaytambo by tour bus then by touristic train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu).

Day 6 Machu Picchu - Train to Cusco
This morning you will take a tour bus from Aguas Calientes up to Machu Picchu for a guided tour followed by a return to Cusco by train.

Day 2 Flight Lima - Cusco - Afternoon City Tour of Cusco's Ruins
Enjoy free time in the morning to relax or explore Cusco's San Pedro Market, Plaza de Armas or Museums. From 2 pm - 7 pm you'll visit Cusco's major ruins beginning at Qoricancha followed by the caves of Q'enqo, Sacsayhuaman, Tambomachay and Puka Pukara. Night in Cusco "Tika Wasi Casa Boutique" (or similar).

Day 3 Sacred Valley Tour - Cusco
After a solid night's rest and a bit of acclimation to the altitude you will feel up for seeing Cusco's Sacred Valley. We'll spend the whole day there seeing the ruins of Pisaq, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero. We'll have some shopping time in Pisaq's big artesanal market and have a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba. Night in Cusco.

Day 4 Maras and Moray - Free Time in Cusco
Today, this morning you'll return to the Sacred Valley to visit the salt mines of Maras and Inca ruins of Moray. This exotic 6 hr trip brings us to naturally forming salt mines just less than an hour from Cusco. There we will learn about the mines history and how there are over 1000 mines still mined today. Afterwards, we'll continue on a short distance to Moray whose circular formations will intrigue us. Our guide will explain some of Moray's secrets. We'll be back in Cusco by 3 pm with plenty of time to rest or explore Cusco, see museums or traditional dance exposition included with your Tourist Ticket (BTG).

Day 5 Cusco - Train to Aguas Calientes
This morning you will head off to Machu Picchu first to Ollantaytambo by tour bus then by touristic train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu). You will have that afternoon and evening to get to know Aguas Calientes, visit the hot springs or have dinner along the Urubamba river. Night in Aguas Calientes.

Day 6 Bus to Machu Picchu - Return Train to Cusco
This morning from Aguas Calientes we will go by bus up to Machu Picchu Citadel. After a complete guided tour (2 hrs) we'll have free time to take photos for another 2 hrs before returing to Aguas Calientes by bus. We will return to Cusco by train arriving at night.
